Yogananda with a child

This is an unofficial website by a devotee of Paramahansa Yogananda and a member of YSS. The goal of this website is to help followers of Paramahansa Yogananda to bring up their children as per His teachings. It is especially useful for the parents who are members of Self Realization Fellowship (SRF) or Yogoda Satsanga Society of India (YSS). But those who are not members of these organisations are also welcome, as long as they agree with Yogananda’s teachings.

The type of content that is posted here:

  • Parenting guidance given by Paramahansa Yogananda and SRF YSS monastics.
  • Resources that would be useful for devotee parents for educating their children: spiritual storybooks, chants/bhajans, and so on.
  • Articles on solutions to common problems faced by 21st-century children: excessive gadget usage, incorrect eating habits, etc.
  • And anything else that would help Yogananda’s devotees to bring up their children according to His teachings.
